We are United

What is United?

United Youth is a dynamic community of young individuals from various churches in Taylor County. We believe in the power of connection, creating a community where young individuals can build meaningful relationships with one another and with God. We foster an environment where discipleship thrives, equipping and guiding young people to deepen their faith and grow as committed followers of Christ. Finally, we embrace our calling to go beyond ourselves, sending young individuals to make a positive impact in their schools, families, churches, and communities.

Our gatherings are filled with dynamic worship, inspiring teachings, and opportunities for personal growth. We offer a range of exciting activities, including retreats, community service projects, leadership development programs, and much more. These experiences are designed to encourage young people to deepen their relationship with God, discover their gifts and talents, and cultivate a heart of service and compassion.

Whether you are a student searching for a place to belong, a parent seeking a supportive community for your child, or a church leader passionate about youth ministry, United Youth welcomes you with open arms. Together, we can empower the next generation to make a lasting impact on their families, schools, churches, and communities.

Join us on this incredible journey of faith, friendship, and growth. Together, let's build a community where young people can find purpose, develop their potential, and experience the transformative power of God's love.

Gatherings

During the school year, we meet on Sunday nights for Bible Study and Wednesday nights for our large group gathering. Swipe left for more information on our gatherings.

Sunday Bible Study

At United Youth, we believe in the importance of diving deep into Scripture and discovering its relevance in our daily lives. Our Sunday Bible Study gatherings are a time for young individuals to engage in meaningful discussions, ask thought-provoking questions, and explore the truths of the Bible together.

Led by passionate and knowledgeable leaders, our Bible Study sessions are designed to provide a safe and welcoming space for young people to grow spiritually and build a solid foundation in their faith. We tackle relevant topics, explore biblical principles, and encourage personal reflection as we seek to apply God's Word to our lives.

Wednesday United

Join us for an incredible evening filled with dinner, fun activities, worship, and inspiring teachings. Every Wednesday, we gather at Taylor County Middle School to create a vibrant space where young people can grow in their faith and build lasting friendships.

We start the evening with dinner, where you can enjoy a meal together with friends and leaders. After dinner, get ready for exciting activities that foster community and laughter. Following the activities, we transition into a powerful time of worship, led by talented musicians who create an atmosphere where hearts are ignited with passion for God. After worship, we dive into engaging teachings that are relevant to the challenges young people face in their daily lives. Through interactive discussions and practical applications, we seek to empower young individuals to live out their faith boldly and navigate life with purpose and wisdom.

Whether you're seeking to deepen your faith, make new friends, or simply have a great time, our Wednesday gatherings are the place to be.

Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters

Each summer, United Youth & Calvary Rogue attends Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters (SWO). SWO is a summer camp in the Appalachian mountains of North Carolina. Snowbird is all about pointing students to the Gospel; every aspect of Snowbird’s 11 camp weeks focuses on challenging and encouraging students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ — by any means necessary.

If you are interested in attending SWO with Calvary, please contact Marti Lee, our Youth Administrator.
